Executive Coach | Trusted Advisor | Change Leadership Strategist

I work with leaders, teams, and organizations at the intersection of change, communication, and trust. Clients come to me at inflection points — a new role, a challenging team, a transformation that isn't landing, a leader who needs to show up differently. I help them get clear, aligned, and moving.

My practice spans change leadership strategy, executive coaching, public speaking, and team transformation. I don't parachute in and out, I partner — co-creating the work, participating in hard conversations, and staying in it until the change is real. Clients describe me as warm, pragmatic, and deeply collaborative, more trusted advisor than vendor.

What makes my approach distinctive is the integration of my theory of change, below. I draw on behavioral science, psychometric insight, performing arts training, and two decades of cross-sector experience to build solutions that are rigorous, engaging, and human at the same time. I am uniquely positioned to help leaders and teams navigate AI integration — not as a technologist, but as someone who understands how innovation and change land in people and organizations.
