I work with leaders, teams, and organizations at the intersection of change, communication, and trust. Clients come to me at inflection points — a new role, a challenging team, a transformation that isn't landing, a leader who needs to show up differently. I help them get clear, aligned, and moving.
My practice spans change leadership strategy, executive coaching, public speaking, and team transformation. I don't parachute in and out, I partner — co-creating the work, participating in hard conversations, and staying in it until the change is real.
